Mr. Bajla is a graduate in Mathematics from Mumbai University . He is Chairman of the group and based in Dubai . He has been creating green field mining projects since 2001. All the projects from iron ore to Manganese have been highly profitable. He is hands on with every project and tries to produce High quality Mn ore at among the lowest possible costs in the world. He has special interest in Social development in Mining area .

He is a Chartered Engineer (AIE) with a Degree in Mining Engineering from AMIE (I), Kolkata. He has over 20 years of experience in mining. He has spent 11 years in Iron Ore & a further 9 years in Manganese. He has taken the responsibility as our project Director in Ivory Coast since 2016 . A fluent French speaker, he understands Mining Law and he is well versed with the Labour laws in Ivory Coast. He shares his special interest in community development at Mines area . He is based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

Chartered accountant (FCA), member of ICAI & ICAEW 10+ years of experience in the field of audit, accounting, taxation & financing Well verse in french he is also leading team including responsibilities of exports and imports, administration and operations.

Bharat graduated from University of Mumbai with First Class and has 6 years of experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit and related legal matters. With his team spirit, helpful nature, hardworking ability with interest in the field of Commercial Operations and Business Development, he has gained extensive experience in the field of End to End EXIM Operations, Commercial Operations and other allied fields. He is responsible for Entire Accounting, Finance, Audit and Commercial Operations since last two years.
