BMSA has adopted all the villages which falls within the permit area. At the start of the year, the villagers meet annually in a public meeting and raise they demand for community requirements like Schools, Water tanks, Water bore hole drilling, Village roads, Home for teachers etc. A particular amount of funds is contributed by BMSA against every ton of Mn Ore exported directly into social contribution funds. The progress of each social activity is closely monitored by Officers of BMSA. BMSA has already constructed 100's of kilometres of village road, several schools, water tanks, homes in several villages. BMSA also contributes towards rehabilitation centre for mentally challenged people, Football training, Mass Vaccination program and so on.
